We define skill requirements, select experienced QA specialists aligned to the client’s domain, assign a QA Manager as the single point of contact, and confirm project kickoff timelines.
Stage 4: Agreement & Onboarding
We align with client policies and execute necessary agreements such as NDA, SLA, SOW, and MSA, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and data security.
Stage 5: Project Execution
We analyze application requirements, define test strategy and documentation, and execute comprehensive testing activities aligned with project goals.
Stage 6: Reporting & Delivery
We deliver detailed test reports with insights, defect tracking, logs, and analytics. Where applicable, we also provide knowledge transfer, including documentation for code, pipelines, and configurations to support smooth handover.
